Finnegan is a lighting, video and set designer based in Naarm/Melbourne and has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Production) at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). He enjoys working on abstract designs delving into imagination and emotion.

Selected credits include lighting design for Netflix and Mushroom Group's 'The Queens Ball: A Bridgerton Experience' (Australia, 2024). Lighting Designer ‘Anne Being Frank’ (dir. Amanda Brooke Lerner, Florida, United States, 2024), Lighting Design for ‘You’re the Man’ (dir. Theresa Borg, at La Mama, Melbourne, 2024), Set and Lighting Designer for ‘BTEX’ (‘I'll Explain It All to You Later’, VCA Devised Works, 2023), Lighting Designer for ‘DEIFIED’ (Melbourne Fringe Festival, 2022), Lighting Design for the Melbourne Fringe Festival Opening Gala (2023, 2024).

He is the show designer for South Korean record label Ambition Musik’s Oceania shows and Production Manager and Designer for Sonder Music and Arts Festival (2024-upcoming 2025.)
